What data do we process and for what purposes? (EU) n. 679/2016 ("GDPR"), that the data collected through the contact forms on the site motuslimo. com website (name and surname, company name, city, telephone, email) will be used to respond to your requests, process estimates, conclude contracts for the services offered, fulfil pre-contractual obligations, comply with legal obligations and, only after your specific and distinct consent, for direct marketing purposes: to send you, via email, post and/or sms and/or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on the products or services offered by the Owner. How do we process them and for how long? In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the data you provide will be processed both on paper and electronically and/or automatically. The data will always be processed in such a way as to guarantee their logical and physical security and confidentiality. Personal data sent by you, collected and processed for the purpose of preparing quotations, offers or business proposals that have not led to the establishment of a contractual or service relationship, will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months from the sending of the last proposal or revision of the offer. Personal data collected for direct marketing purposes (sending newsletters, offers and/or commercial communications), will be processed for no longer than 2 years after collection. To whom do we disclose them? Your data may be made accessible to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge and/or possible system managers and/or administrators; to third party companies or other entities that carry out activities in outsourcing on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors. Your data will not be disseminated. They are stored at the Data Controller's head office located in Via Genova n. 3 , 07021 Arzachena (SS)f and at a server located in the European territory of a national hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.). For the sole purpose of carrying out the services requested, the personal data provided by you may be transferred to partners or NCC agencies based in countries within or outside the European Union.
